About The Position

Heritage Senior Living Deer Creek in New Berlin is seeking candidates interested in various positions including Resident Assistant / CNA (all shifts), Lead Resident Assistant / CNA Supervisor (all shifts), Culinary staff, and Life Enrichment Staff. They are holding open interviews every Tuesday from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm at their New Berlin location.

Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties.
Willingness to work all shifts for Resident Assistant / CNA and Lead Resident Assistant / CNA Supervisor roles.
CNA certification may be required for Resident Assistant / CNA and Lead Resident Assistant / CNA Supervisor roles.
Must be able to perform essential functions, with reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Perform each essential duty successfully.
Mentor new staff and earn bonuses for training.
Provide care as a Resident Assistant / CNA.
Supervise as a Lead Resident Assistant / CNA Supervisor.
Work in Culinary or Life Enrichment roles.
