As a Resident Assistant, you'll provide essential support services to residents, gaining valuable experience that leads to a facility-sponsored CNA trainee program. This role includes classroom instruction, clinical practice, and on-the-job training to prepare you for CNA certification. Responsibilities
- Replenish unit supplies and make unoccupied beds.
- Transport residents to dining, therapies, and appointments.
- Assist with meal tray pass and pass water to residents.
- Maintain residents' rooms and personal belongings.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions to the nurse.
- Adhere to infection control practices and facility policies.
- Attend mandatory training sessions.
