Resident Assistant - CNA - Caregiver
About The Position
Dove Healthcare is seeking a Resident Assistant (caregiver) for their Orchard Hills Assisted Living residence. This position is ideal for individuals new to caregiving or experienced professionals looking to make a positive change. The role involves assisting residents with various daily needs and providing a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and non-licensed caregivers are encouraged to apply, with CNAs receiving a CNA wage. The company offers on-the-job, paid training covering standard precautions, medication administration and management, CBRF fire safety, first aid, and choking. Dove Healthcare operates 11 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, six assisted living residences, and three independent living complexes across multiple locations. Their core services include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care, as well as senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- must be at least 18 years of age
- desire to help those in need of assistance
- ability to work every other weekend and holiday
