About The Position

As a resident assistant (caregiver) in Dove Healthcare's assisted living residence, the role involves assisting residents with personal cares, medication administration, meals, activities, housekeeping, and general supervision. The primary goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment, making a difference in people's lives. Certified nursing assistants (CNA) and non-licensed caregivers are encouraged to apply, with CNAs receiving a CNA wage. On-the-job, paid training is provided to become a caregiver (resident assistant), covering standard precautions, medication administration and management, CBRF fire safety, first aid, and choking. Dove Healthcare is an innovative healthcare provider and community partner, operating 11 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, six assisted living residences, and three independent living complexes across various Wisconsin locations. Their core services include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care, as well as senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Requirements
