About The Position

Hamilton House Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate and passionate Resident Assistant/HHA/CNA to join their growing team. Hamilton House Senior Living, which opened in 2019, is located in Cedarburg, WI, and offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 111-unit, apartment-style community. The community encourages a "work hard and play hard" mentality with amenities like a putting green and bocce ball court. This role involves providing direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity. The position also includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and assisting with medication administration.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to all genders of residents.
Recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
