Salary: $19.10 - $21.99+ /hour BOE Fairway Knoll is seeking Caregivers (CBRF/CNA/Nursing Assistant/Resident Assistant) to join our team. We are currently hiring Part-time Caregivers for 2nd Shift (2PM-10PM). Perched atop a lush golf course with sweeping views of nature, Fairway Knoll in Germantown Wisconsin is right off Hwy 41 on Mequon Road, offering easy access to Milwaukee or West Bend! Requirements

  • caregiving experience helpful but not required.
  • Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

  • The Resident Assistant is responsible for the provision of high-quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choice of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
