Resident Assistant, Assisted Living - NOC Part-Time
About The Position
Spectrum Retirement Communities believes in living without limits, aging fearlessly, and sharing great stories. The Resident Assistant, Assisted Living position is a part-time, overnight role where team members provide residents with assistance in activities of daily living, transport residents within the community, respond to emergency calls and requests, and review resident care plans. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, meet all state educational requirements, and possess CPR certification. Experience with the elderly population and a calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Providing residents with assistance in the activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, and maintaining their personal environment
- Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining
- Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner
- Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans, as well as obtaining vital signs
