About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking experienced, professional Resident Aide and Med Techs to assist clients in the Spring Lake area for one of our beautiful Independent Living Communities. We are looking for full-time/part-time caregivers for all shifts. Shifts are 12 hours, 7 am-7 pm and 7 pm-7 am.

Requirements

Recent experience/training in other Independent/Assisted Living Facilities and/or MORC Certified
High School Graduate or GED
Reliable transportation
Valid Driver’s License
Work in a team responsibly and independently
Good communication skills
Ability to travel within the service area
CPR Certified
Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background

Friendly personality and willingness to spend time with residents!

Responsibilities

Passing medications
Assisting with ADL's (Showering, Dressing, Toileting etc)
Interacting with residents and their families
Monitoring in the dining room and interacting with residents at meal times
Handling fast paced situations
Transferring as needed
Light housework duty
