About The Position
AdvisaCare is seeking Caregivers and Team Leads to assist our wonderful clients at one of our beautiful Independent Living Communities in Southfield and Warren Mi! Looking for Team Leads for All Shifts! Looking for someone with management/supervisor Experience. We have listened to your wants and needs and have made adjustments to improve upon our family environment! Come give us a try and let us show you!! We provide ON THE JOB TRAINING to anyone who has the heart, passion, and desire to become an outstanding caregiver in the healthcare field! You can make a difference! Immediate Work Available once hiring process is completed!! Opportunities for growth and advancement! Requirements
- Med Techs must have recent experience/ training in other Independent/Assisted Living Facilities and/or be MORC Certified
- High School Graduate or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Good communication skills
- CPR Certified
- Ability to pass a drug screen (this includes marijuana)
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Management/supervisor experience
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in independent living communities.
- Provide on-the-job training to new caregivers.
- Work responsibly and independently as part of a team.
