Requirements

  • Associate (two-year) degree required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional phone presence and customer service experience
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Comfort with technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
  • Compassionate, patient, and genuinely interested in serving seniors and their families
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Professional, polished, and dependable
  • Criminal background check is required for new hires.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales
  • Familiarity with CCRCs and senior care levels
  • Social media management experience (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Basic photography skills and an eye for visual storytelling
  • Digital marketing experience

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture authentic, trust-based relationships with prospective residents, families, current residents, team members, and community partners
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and compassionate guide through the inquiry, visit, and decision-making process
  • Respond promptly and warmly to all inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins
  • Maintain consistent, thoughtful communication with leads and prospects
  • Support occupancy goals through consultative engagement and follow-up
  • Generate referrals through meaningful connections and community presence
  • Exceed hospitality and service expectations during tours and interactions
  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing team to plan and execute events, outreach opportunities, and community experiences
  • Participate in on-site and off-site events, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Assist in hosting tours, open houses, and special events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community spaces are presentation-ready and welcoming
  • Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing with social media initiatives
  • Capture photos and videos that highlight community life, resident experiences, and events
  • Contribute creative ideas for engaging mission-aligned content
  • Help share authentic stories

Benefits

  • Pay range, depending on experience: $24.75 - $33.25 per hour
