About The Position

The Resident Activity Administrator plays a vital role in supporting occupancy, resident retention, and operational execution within the community. This position serves as a key bridge between the leasing office and maintenance team, ensuring that critical activities impacting move-ins, renewals, resident satisfaction, and apartment readiness are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while helping drive community performance.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in multifamily housing, leasing, customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with applicant follow-up and application progression to ensure timely approvals and move-ins.
  • Coordinate and track all move-in activities to deliver a seamless resident experience.
  • Support lease renewal efforts through resident outreach, follow-up, and documentation assistance.
  • Participate in resident retention initiatives designed to improve satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Conduct vacant apartment follow-up to ensure readiness and availability for leasing opportunities.
  • Monitor and support quality control efforts related to apartment readiness and turn processes.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving operational gaps that may impact occupancy goals.
  • Coordinate communication between office and maintenance teams regarding move-ins, make-readies, and resident concerns.
  • Help track and report on community activity related to occupancy, renewals, and resident engagement.
  • Support outreach marketing initiatives to generate traffic and increase community visibility.
  • Participate in resident events, local marketing efforts, and community engagement activities.
  • Assist with lead nurturing and follow-up efforts as directed by management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
  • Maintain positive resident relationships through professional, timely communication.
  • Help create a welcoming, engaging, and resident-focused community atmosphere.
