At Elderwood, we believe an active social life is an essential part of quality of life. As an Resident Activities Assistant, also known as an Activity Leader, you'll help create meaningful moments every day by planning and leading engaging recreational and social programs that bring residents together, encourage participation, and support emotional and mental well-being. Whether it's a group activity, a one-on-one visit, or helping a resident discover something they enjoy, you'll have the opportunity to make someone's day better—every day. If you're creative, energetic, compassionate, and love connecting with people, we'd love to have you join our team. As an Activity Leader, you'll work alongside the Activities Director to develop and deliver recreational and social programming that meets the interests, abilities, and individual needs of our residents. You'll spend your days getting to know residents, encouraging participation, creating opportunities for social connection, and helping make life at Elderwood engaging and fulfilling. This role is ideal for someone who can bring energy into a room, build genuine relationships, and adapt activities to make sure everyone has an opportunity to participate.
