The Resident Accounts Specialist manages all aspects of resident and property accounting, including managing rent and security deposits, monitoring rent due dates, issuing late notices, managing all collections and completing evictions as needed, entering invoices, and maintaining reports. This role also supports the Community Leader in leasing vacant units and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the community.
