About The Position
This is a two-year residency program designed to equip individuals in leadership, discipleship, and mission. The program focuses on working alongside student leaders to reach and disciple college students at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). The goal is to empower students to reach their own campus through a student-led movement, creating a multiplying impact. This is a support-based position.
Requirements
- Must be eligible for employment in the US.
- Must complete the 2-year residency program to be considered for career opportunities.
- Must be sensing a call to invest in the next generation.
Responsibilities
- Support, sharpen, and expand a student-led movement reaching the UTSA campus from within.
- Invest in the next generation by equipping student leaders.
- Engage in leadership, discipleship, and mission activities.
