About The Position

Vituity is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatry Physician to serve as the Psychiatry Residency Program Director at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California. This role is within a 100% physician-owned partnership that emphasizes physician autonomy, local control, and a national system of support. The ideal candidate will have significant clinical, educational, and administrative experience in an ACGME-accredited program, along with a strong track record in leadership and scholarly activity. Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatry Physician.
• Five (5) years of clinical Psychiatry experience required.
• Three (3) years of documented educational and/or administrative experience in an ACGME-accredited program.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role.
• Evidence of ongoing involvement in scholarly activity, including peer-reviewed publications.
• Possess strong team building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Adaptability, creativity, as well as enthusiasm for teaching and quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Psychiatry Residency Program Director.
• Provide clinical Psychiatry experience.
• Engage in documented educational and/or administrative experience in an ACGME-accredited program.
• Demonstrate experience in a leadership role.
• Maintain ongoing involvement in scholarly activity, including peer-reviewed publications.
