The Banner Medical Group Residency Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the operation of medical education for the residency program for College of Medicine by providing administrative, organizational, and operational support. This individual will work closely with the Program Director, faculty, residents, and other staff members to ensure the program runs efficiently and effectively. The program coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accreditation and board requirements of residents and fellows, managing calendars and monitoring work hours to ensure compliance with residency and program requirements, onboarding new residents, supporting the evaluation process, credential verification, and assisting with the overall program. This position is responsible for organizing and documenting all medical education activities for an assigned program. Provides administrative support to faculty, residents and department committees as assigned.
