About The Position

Vituity is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatry Physician to serve as the Psychiatry Residency Program Director at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California. This role requires a physician with significant clinical experience in Psychiatry, as well as documented educational and/or administrative experience within an ACGME-accredited program. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience, a strong track record of scholarly activity, and excellent team-building, interpersonal, and communication skills. Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for teaching and quality patient care are essential for success in this position. Requirements

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatry Physician.
  • Five (5) years of clinical Psychiatry experience.
  • Three (3) years of documented educational and/or administrative experience in an ACGME-accredited program.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role.
  • Evidence of ongoing involvement in scholarly activity, including peer-reviewed publications.
  • Possess strong team building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Adaptability, creativity, as well as enthusiasm for teaching and quality patient care.

Responsibilities
