About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Residency Manager to oversee the operations, administration, accreditation, and financial management of Central Washington Family Medicine Residency Program. This leadership role works closely with the Program Director, Designated Institutional Official (DIO), faculty, residents, and institutional leaders to ensure the continued success, growth, and accreditation of the residency program. The ideal candidate is a collaborative professional with strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced academic healthcare environment. As the Residency Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping the education and success of future family physicians. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Education Administration or Business/Management is required.
3 years of related experience in management and oversight of residency operations or equivalent experience is required.
Familiarity with ACGME and other accrediting and regulatory bodies is required.
Direct experience in staff supervision and budget management is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic residency management systems.

Nice To Haves

Master’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities
