About The Position

The Residency/Fellow Program Coordinator supports the General Surgery residency/fellowship program at Lankenau Medical Center. The role supports, directs, and maintains the efforts of the Program Director and Graduate Medical Education office, while also maintaining the required elements of the clerkship program. The coordinator must maintain familiarity with and working knowledge of standards and mandates affecting the training program, ensure RRC accreditation, fulfill recruitment processes, and manage the program’s daily operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn new systems and applications, including ERAS, WebADS, FREIDA, CPME, SSO, CASPR, and AFCAS.
• Graduate Medical Education experience is sought for this role.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in relational database programs such as Access or FoxPro.
• College BA or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in Graduate Medical Education preferred.

Responsibilities
