About The Position

The Residency/Fellow Coordinator 1 provides administrative support to an assigned program(s). Assists the Coordinator 2 and 3 with various administrative and operational duties such as answering and screen calls, coordinating events, and maintaining program files. Provides administrative support in the recruiting and accreditation processes of the program, performing duties such as gathering/preparing documentation, coordinating meetings and making necessary travel arrangements. May be responsible for one or more areas of assigned program(s). Performs other duties as needed.

  • Able to use a computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
