Assists the fellowship program directors and assistant program directors in the management of the fellowship programs (MFM, URPS & Family Planning) by ensuring accreditation standards are met, educational activities which support the curriculum are established, departmental policies are enforced, and recruitment strategies are implemented so that highly successful fellowship programs are maintained. Exercises initiative and independent judgment in communications with faculty and fellows, as well as discretion in management and communication of confidential information.
