About The Position

The Residence Manager will provide supervision and oversight in residential group homes for adults with Autism. Responsibilities include facilitating the planning, development, and implementation of person-centered plans, developing individuals’ goals and outcomes, coordinating and participating in individual plan meetings, ensuring timely completion of summaries for reviews, and maintaining accurate electronic healthcare records. The manager will also provide ongoing support and training to program staff, ensuring coverage and compliance with regulatory needs and standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred is required
Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience working with OPWDD regulations and policies
Maintenance of necessary certifications as per OPWDD and Agency Regulations
The ability to lead others, exercise good judgment, understand and follow written and oral instructions, and to express ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing
Comfortable with daily use of technology
Valid unrestricted Driver’s License within Agency Standards
Demonstrated competency in written, verbal and computational skills to document records in accordance with program and OPWDD mandates
Successful completion of criminal background history and fingerprint examination

Responsibilities
