About The Position

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced human services professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accountability and teamwork, and wants to make a direct impact on the lives of the people we support and the staff who support them. We're seeking a passionate, skilled, and people-focused Residence Manager to lead one of our residential programs. This is more than an operations role—it's an opportunity to shape culture, develop staff, strengthen services, and make a lasting impact on the lives of the people we support. If you're the type of leader who believes in person-centered care, values strong relationships, and knows that great outcomes start with great teams, we'd love to meet you. As a Residence Manager, you will be entrusted with leading a home where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities can thrive, pursue their goals, and live meaningful lives. You will set the tone for excellence by coaching and developing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering family partnerships, and creating an environment where both employees and the people we support feel valued, respected, and empowered. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing leadership, mentorship, operations, and advocacy while making a tangible difference every day.
