Under the supervision of the Director of Residence Life and Housing, the Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) is a live-in professional staff member responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, engaging, and student-centered residential environment. The RLC provides leadership for an assigned residential community and supports Arcadia University's Cohort-Based Residential Student Experience Model, with an emphasis on belonging, engagement, student support, community accountability, and student success. The RLC supervises and develops Resident Assistants, responds to student concerns and crisis situations, supports conduct and restorative practices, coordinates residential engagement and programming, assists with housing operations and facilities concerns, and serves as a member of the professional duty/on-call team. The ideal candidate will be student-centered, collaborative, organized, and able to balance community building, student development, accountability, crisis response, and residential operations. This is a live-in position that serves as a member of the on-call team.
