About The Position

As a Reset/Relief Sales Representative, you’ll be the spark that keeps our in-store execution sharp and our customers confident in what’s on the shelf. This role exists to protect availability, elevate presentation, and drive momentum through standout merchandising. Your day kicks off with an early-start option when customers need you. You’ll move from account to account, checking in with store contacts, scanning and updating information on your handheld, and keeping the pace upbeat and focused. Between stops, you’ll pivot quickly—adjusting to shifting priorities, teaming up with others when coverage is needed, and staying ready with crisp answers when questions pop up. By afternoon, you’re wrapping routes, sharing key updates, and leaving each location looking tighter than when you arrived—knowing tomorrow brings a fresh set of challenges and victories.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class D driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Check
• Prior sales or merchandising experience
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
• Calm, practical problem-solving in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inventory using handheld technology and keep counts accurate
• Complete merchandising resets and maintain planogram standards
• Support sales coverage as needed and help activate promotions
• Deliver fast, professional customer service and resolve issues on the spot
• Communicate new products, programs, and service updates to customers
