About The Position

The Reset Representative performs resets and/or rack or display placements as designated by pre-established plan-o-grams. This role involves setting and resetting stores according to established plan-o-grams, making decisions to resolve issues during reset activities, ensuring correct product, branding, tagging, and pricing are in place. The representative also communicates changes to customers, works collaboratively with team members, maintains a safe work environment, and secures company assets. Other duties may include merchandising, assisting with deliveries, and warehouse work.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of work experience required.
  • Prior experience in inventory or purchasing required.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines including no major violations within the last three years.
  • Class-E Driver’s license required (Missouri drivers/locations only).
  • Ability to obtain PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification upon hire is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with beverage industry and distribution center operations preferred.
  • Experience with Excel preferred.
  • Prior experience using a forklift, pallet jack, or high loader preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set and/or reset stores using established plan-o-grams at customer locations either individually or part of a team.
  • Make decisions and present workable solutions as issues arise during reset activity to ensure customer satisfaction, such as recreating the plan-o-gram onsite if improvements or adjustments are needed.
  • Ensure package, brand, tagging, and appropriate pricing are reflected in the store sets.
  • Provide adequate communication to the customer on changes to store because of reset activity and responsible for meeting retailer needs before and after the reset.
  • Work collaboratively with team members when organizing the reset activities during store resets, treating teammates with respect and courtesy, and valuing the diversity of perspectives and skills within the team.
  • Maintain a safe and unobstructed work environment during reset activities, and maintain and secure company assets, tools, and equipment, adhering to safety policies and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as directed including merchandising, assisting with delivery, working in the warehouse, and other similar work as requested.
