About The Position

SPAR Marketing Force is hiring a Reset Merchandiser Traveler to work with a team on retail new-store setups and full-store remodels at project locations across multiple states. The role involves traveling for the duration of each project. Workers need reliable transportation for travel and a smartphone for reporting. The position offers project-based work at $17 per hour, mileage and drive-time reimbursement, meal per diem, tolls and approved expenses, and hotel accommodations provided by SPAR in double-occupancy rooms. Requirements

At least 6 months of merchandising or fixture-building experience.
Ability to stand for at least 8–10 hours per shift.
Comfort working nights.
Ability to read and implement planograms.
Willingness to travel to project locations across multiple states for the duration of projects.
Basic proficiency with tools required for the job.
Team-oriented mindset.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Personal cell phone and valid email address.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively and respectfully with team members and store management.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
Assemble and disassemble fixtures.
Execute planograms and merchandise products accurately.
Follow instructions, update signage, and complete shelf conditions.
Perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
