About The Position

SPAR Marketing Force works with national retail stores managing new store setups and full store remodels. The Reset Merchandiser Traveler joins a team completing retail reset, remodel, and new-store projects. The role requires travel for the duration of projects to locations across multiple states, reliable transportation, and a smartphone for reporting. Work includes physically demanding merchandising and fixture tasks, including standing for 8–10 hours per shift and lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds. The role offers $17 per hour, mileage and drive-time reimbursement, meal per diem, tolls and approved expenses, and hotel accommodations provided by SPAR in double-occupancy rooms. Requirements

At least 6 months of merchandising or fixture-building experience.
Ability to stand for a minimum of 8–10 hours per shift.
Comfortable working nights.
Proficiency in reading and implementing planograms.
Willingness to travel to project locations across multiple states.
Basic proficiency with tools required for the job.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively and respectfully with team members and store management.

Assemble and disassemble fixtures.
Execute planograms and merchandise products accurately.
Follow instructions, update signage, and complete shelf conditions.
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
