The Reservoir Engineering Advisor II or III will provide guidance and support to the Reservoir Leadership Team, ensuring high technical standards and achievement of performance objectives. This role involves developing and guiding the implementation of plans and programs for reservoir management, including detailed reservoir simulation studies. The advisor will build, run, and evaluate dynamic models, conduct supporting studies (PVT, inflow/outflow, relative permeability, SCAL, etc.), and perform depletion-plan assessments for asset acquisitions. Responsibilities also include leading peer reviews, providing reservoir engineering input to other project groups, mentoring junior engineers, documenting results, and communicating updates to stakeholders. The role requires developing project-specific strategies, supporting risk and uncertainty analyses, facilitating team meetings, and completing assigned services or studies while maintaining ethical conduct and adaptability to changing priorities.
