Requirements

A cumulative and major GPA of 3.2 or higher
Pursuing a degree from a recognized institute of higher learning
Graduating with a bachelor's degree from December 2027 through May 2029
Skilled with Aries, Whitson, and MS Office
Experience with PowerBI/Spotfire or other data visualization/analytical tools
Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex datasets
Demonstrated ability to work well in teams

Nice To Haves

Reservoir modeling experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Create and discover reservoir development plans, collaborating with the Geoscience team to optimize future well placement and investigate well interventions on existing wells to maximize field value
Collaborate with Wells teams (Drilling, Completions & Facilities) to optimize well design and maximize value
Evaluate economics and profitability of potential projects and recommend projects for execution
