About The Position
Eden Roc Miami Beach is seeking a Reservations Manager to maximize and forecast room revenues through management of room inventory and pricing. The role communicates competitor hotel trends and strategies to help team members make yield decisions, supervises Reservations Agents and office operations, assists with the reservations process as needed, and manages e-commerce accounts and business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of related experience.
- Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts.
- Developed written and verbal business communication skills.
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
- Professional appearance and confidence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
