About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management & eCommerce, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Lead and manage all aspects of the Reservations department and ensure all service standards are followed. Manage and coordinate all group and individual reservations. Maintain close liaison with the Sales, Conference, and Accounting teams. Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required. Maximize revenues by ensuring all Reservation Agents are knowledgeable in room product and hotel services.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a similar role required
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Nice To Haves

• Previous Property Manager System (Opera) experience preferred
• Previous experience within group and tour markets preferred
