About The Position

The Reservations Manager will lead and manage all aspects of the Reservations department, ensuring all service standards are followed. This role involves managing and coordinating group and individual reservations, maintaining close liaison with Sales, Conference, and Accounting teams, and producing required reports. The goal is to maximize revenues by ensuring Reservation Agents are knowledgeable in room product and hotel services.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role required
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Property Manager System (Opera) experience preferred
  • Previous experience within group and tour markets preferred

Responsibilities
