About The Position

Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is looking for their next Spa and Recreation Sales Manager! Nestled high above the rolling hills and live oaks of the Texas Hill Country, Signia by Hilton La Cantera offers a serene resort experience featuring over 140,000 sq. ft. of event space, a luxury spa, outdoor pools, a kid’s camp, and an 18-hole championship golf course. Guests can savor bold flavors across four restaurants and five bars, with convenient access to premier shopping, dining, Six Flags, and the San Antonio Airport.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience.
Minimum of 1 year of Hotel Experience.

Responsibilities

Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements.
Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office.
Processes reservation request calls as appropriate.
Serves as a Team Mentor, helping other members of leadership to coach and motivate the team.
