The ideal Cook I candidate is passionate about food, dependable, and thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. Candidates must have at least 1 year of restaurant line cook experience, a strong understanding of basic cooking techniques, and the ability to follow recipes and standards with consistency. Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
