Virginia Tech's Division of Student Affairs is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to join the Student Engagement and Campus Life team in Blacksburg, VA. This role is central to the mission of guiding, nurturing, and supporting students. The Student Engagement and Campus Life department focuses on uplifting the student experience by cultivating affirming environments, promoting holistic well-being, and providing exceptional services, programs, and facilities. The Reservations Coordinator will report to the Assistant Director for Event Services and will be responsible for meeting with event clients, assisting with reservations, scheduling the use of meeting/event spaces, creating event layouts, and securing proper approvals. The position offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the Department and the Division.
