About The Position

Stein Eriksen Lodge is seeking a Remote Reservations Agent to handle incoming leisure, group, and spa reservation calls for all properties. This role is ideal for someone seeking to work with a premiere year-round destination known for creating legendary experiences. Requirements

Phone and computer experience preferred.
Must be dependable.
Flexible with work schedule with weekends and holiday availability.
Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and internet experience necessary.
Must live within 2 hours of Resort.
Able to train on-site at Stein Eriksen Lodge for four weeks.
High Speed Wired Internet required.
Home office free of background noise and distractions.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Maestro and/or PMS systems helpful.
