About The Position

Stein Eriksen Lodge, a premier year-round destination nestled mid-mountain at Deer Valley Resort, is seeking a Remote Reservations Agent. The Stein Collection, encompassing four properties, is dedicated to creating legendary experiences and values its team members as key ingredients to success. This role involves taking incoming reservation calls for leisure, group, and spa bookings across all properties. Incentive opportunities are available.

Requirements

Must live within 2 hours of Resort.
Must be able to train on-site at Stein Eriksen Lodge for four weeks.
High Speed Wired Internet required.
Home office free of background noise and distractions.
Phone and computer experience preferred.
Dependable.
Flexible with work schedule with weekends and holiday availability.
Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and internet experience necessary.
Familiarity with Maestro and/or PMS systems helpful.

Responsibilities

Taking incoming leisure, group and spa reservation calls for all properties.
