Assist guests during the reservation process. This role involves answering the telephone, greeting prospective guests in a friendly manner, and providing accurate information regarding availability, accommodation types, transportation, and rates. The Reservations Agent will also promote marketing programs, assign reservations based on guest preferences, and input/retrieve data using a computer reservation system. Additionally, they will answer questions about hotel facilities and services, handle complaints tactfully, and perform other assigned duties.
