About The Position

Responsible for selling both Four Seasons Denver and Four Seasons Nashville rooms and providing information to prospective guests. To capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction. Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure, requires attention to detail and problem solving skills. A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
