We are seeking a Reservationist to handle customer inquiries, make reservations, and provide exceptional service to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless booking experience for our passengers.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with reservation software (training provided).
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service or reservations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with booking shuttle reservations and provide information on schedules, pricing, and services.
Input accurate reservation details into our system and confirm bookings with customers.
Address customer questions, concerns, or changes to reservations with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Maintain an organized and efficient workspace to handle high call volumes during peak times.
Collaborate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely and accurate service.
