About The Position
The Reservationist is responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, taking reservations following provided criteria and scoring qualifications, helping guests, and providing information about the local area. Shifts will be scheduled between 12pm and 10pm.
Requirements
- 6 months customer service experience
- Knowledge of the local area
- Advanced computer skills helpful
- Holidays, weekends, and flexibility of shift hours are required
- High school or equivalent
