About The Position

Beds-N-Biscuits is looking for a Reservation Specialist to be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that helps pet parents book the perfect stay for their dogs. You'll guide them through our daycare, lodging, grooming, and training options, while highlighting services that can make their pup's visit even better. This role combines customer support with inside sales, as you'll help pet parents with reservations while promoting services that can make their dog's stay even better. For more than two decades, Beds-N-Biscuits has been the go-to home-away-from-home for dogs in Wheat Ridge. Our spacious, climate-controlled suites, outdoor play yards, enrichment programs, agility park, training, grooming, and loving staff make tails wag before our guests even walk through the door. Our people are the heart of our business-passionate about dogs, committed to quality care, and always looking for ways to make each stay special.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in call center, sales, inside sales, or hospitality
• Computer savvy with basic Microsoft Office skills
• Strong phone presence and multitasking ability
• Professional, friendly, and relationship-driven
• Passion for dogs and pet care
• High school diploma or equivalent, age 18+

Responsibilities

• Answer and return calls, emails, and online requests from pet parents
• Guide new customers through our story, services, rates, and care options
• Recommend activities and services that best fit each dog's needs
• Process new reservations from start to finish
• Handle questions with empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Keep accurate notes and records in our system while speaking with clients
