Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Great customer service skills including superb telephone etiquette
• Tact, good judgment, and proven experience interacting with customers and hotel management.
• Experience with travel industry reservation systems and hotel property management system’s mandatory.

• Bilingual preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Sell & upsell to positively impact sales.
• Input all pending reservations in a timely manner as assigned by the supervisor.
• Answer phone call, and all customer service questions in a professional manner.
• Check extranet so that it matches the daily arrivals.
• Answer any inquiries in central in-box.
• Answer questions regarding hotel facilities and services, local attractions, directions, etc.
• Memorize and communicate applicable deposit and guarantee policies as requested.
