About The Position

Kemin Industries is seeking a Research Technician to support laboratory testing, product development, and quality initiatives. This role performs routine laboratory and stability testing, prototype evaluations, validation support, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong bench chemistry skills, experience operating analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance. This position is based onsite at our World Headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa, and follows a Monday through Friday schedule during standard business hours. Join the Kemin Team and Transform Lives! Requirements

  • Associate's Degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Must be highly motivated, reliable, and self-sufficient.
  • Attention to detail and awareness of safety.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
