This position performs established computational analyses using R, Python, and Linux and maintains research materials, including datasets, scripts, workflows, and figures. Responsibilities include processing sequencing data, following defined protocols, and documenting work in accordance with laboratory and University standards. The technician prepares figures and summary analyses for manuscripts and presentations and works with lab personnel to ensure activities support project objectives and comply with data handling requirements.
