About The Position

The Vu Lab in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology is seeking a motivated Research Technician to join our team. Our research focuses on the molecular basis of antifungal drug resistance mechanisms in Candida species. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing our projects by conducting both lab-bench experiments and crucial animal research work. The highly qualified candidate will possess prior experience with aseptic techniques and feel comfortable working with animal research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Biological Science, Chemistry, Physics, Psychology, Sociology, or other health related field.
  • Prior experience with aseptic techniques
  • Comfortable working with animal research
