Research Technician - Dose Formulations - 3rd Shift (Early Talent)
About The Position
Labcorp is seeking a recent or upcoming grad for a Research Technician position to join our Dose Formulation team in Madison, WI! This is a chemistry-focused role where you will be working with pharmaceutical products in a lab, preparing vehicles, diets, solutions and capsules with test material according to study protocols and SOPs. This is a future hire position with a future start date. The ideal candidate would be available to start in May 2027 through October 2027. Candidates who have recently completed a degree or will complete a degree within the next academic year may find this opportunity aligns well with their career goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology
- A strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- A passion for science and a desire to contribute to life-changing research
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work one weekend per month
Responsibilities
- Prepare lab reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules per study protocols
- Record data accurately in both digital and written formats
- Learn formulation verification, sample disposition, and safe handling procedures
- Collaborate with scientists and technicians to ensure study integrity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and GLP-compliant lab environment
- Develop skills in study setup, data organization, and client communication
- Prepare vehicles, diets, solutions and capsules with test material according to study protocols and SOPs.
