About The Position

The Research Technician supports the design, implementation, and dissemination of evaluation and research activities with a focus on polymer synthesis, additive manufacturing, and computational work in polymer chemistry. This role conducts chemical synthesis, manufacturing, Density Functional Theory calculations and produces high-quality reports and presentations for diverse audiences. The Research Technician collaborates with project teams to analyze findings and translate results into actionable insights that inform project improvement and strategic decision-making. The position contributes to evaluation strategy and methodological rigor while independently managing project components with strong analytical and communication skills.
