About The Position

The Research Strategy & Executive Integration Director serves as a senior advisor and thought partner to Research Executive Leadership, supporting decision quality, leadership alignment, and organizational effectiveness across the Research enterprise. Operating in a highly confidential and pre-decisional environment, this role anticipates risk, builds trust, improves sequencing, and prepares leaders for complex decisions during periods of growth and change. This role works closely with the Chief Scientific Officer and Chief Research Operations Officer to advance executive and Board readiness, help prioritize competing demands, strengthen the effectiveness of Research governance groups, and improve the rhythm of the business so Research priorities, programs and initiatives align with system priorities and planning cycles. Acting as an integrator across functions, the Director helps surface issues early, align perspectives, and translate strategy into coordinated leadership action. While this role collaborates with the CSO and CROO on strategic communications in service of these goals, its primary focus is leadership enablement, governance support, enterprise-level integration and problem solving.
